Family friendly and Smart beach!

One of the most beautiful and popular beaches on Lake Balaton, the newly developed beach of Csopak, meets both qualifications.

The beach has 15 000 m2 of green space, well-equipped playgrounds for children, cabins, hot and cold showers, a beach volleyball court and other sports facilities for those who like to play sports.

The family-friendly and smart beach in Csopak offers a range of child-friendly facilities for you and your family! From the shallow sandy beach to the sunbathing area with children's pool, there are playgrounds for your children to enjoy!

In a unique way, a complex water adventure park was opened on Lake Balaton in summer 2014 to make your family holiday even more unforgettable. The aquatic complex features a variety of fun elements, including a climbing wall and slide, balance beam, catapult, water ditch, rope swing...

In the middle of the beach, between the E-point and the accessible toilet, there is a baby-momma room. The room is free of charge for beach guests, so mothers can breastfeed and change their babies without any disturbance.

Thanks to the free Wifi throughout the beach, you can share your new experiences with friends and acquaintances on Facebook. Laptop and mobile phone storage and charging stations keep your phone safe and charge it when it's running low.

The car park in front of the beach, which can accommodate almost 1000 people, is free of charge. Within the beach, there are restaurants, a grocery shop, a newsstand, a giant slide and several other services

The sandy beach is ideal for families with small children.

Csopak beach opens on 1 June 2024

The 3rd ticket office (on the West side) will be open from 1 May 2024, where you can buy the following passes and cards (to avoid the summer queue):

• CSOPAK card application (requires accommodation licence and address card)
  
• CSOPAK card renewal (existing cards required)
  
• Season ticket (16.000,- HUF / season, uniform, requires a season ticket issued in the previous year)
  
• Season tickets for permanent residents of Csopak (requires: previous year's season ticket and address card, adults 5.000,- Ft/person children 3.000,- Ft/person fee per season)
  
• Annual cabin season tickets (60.000,- Ft per season)
  
• Open: daily 10 am - 4 pm, Monday off.

The storm warning is operated by the meteorological service with light signals. During opening hours, a loudspeaker will be used to warn beach-goers.
