Free of preservatives
There are countless pickles, syrups, lechos, sauces, tomato concentrates to choose from and most of them contain no preservatives. I make about 20 different kinds of syrups, always trying to use fruit, raspberries and strawberries. Not only red fruits can be used to produce syrups, but also flowers, elderflower, mint, lime and acacia. Of course, they are chemical-free, with automatic canning machines for the most delicious preparations. They are sugary, of course, but not over-sweetened and are recommended to be consumed diluted with water at least four to seven times their volume. I also make pickles, at least 15 halves. I grow cucumbers, apple peppers, cabbage, pearl onions and cauliflower for pickles. I like rosehips, but they are a long process and not easy on the hands. I also produce dried vegetable grinds from 100% green beans, which are salt-free and can even be used in baby food.
