Year after year we have new ideas, new animals, we grow a lot of things as a hobby and we have tried a lot of different recipes. The syrups and sauces that were initially given away to friends and acquaintances got very good feedback. We decided to try to sell it a little more widely, but still as a hobby. Our aim is not to make a fortune, just to give pleasure to others from our seasonally abundant and well-producing plants.
